All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Once your order is placed, you will receive written confirmation via email.

For made-to-order bridal gowns, production commences after payment confirmation and order approval.

MADE-TO-ORDER BRIDAL GOWNS

All made-to-order gowns are crafted specifically for you based on the size and style selected at checkout.

Made-to-order gowns are strictly final sale.
They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has commenced.

Any customisation, including but not limited to changes in colour, fabric, pattern, sleeve style, neckline, train length, or design elements, immediately renders the gown final sale.

READY-TO-SHIP WEDDING DRESSES

Eligible ready-to-ship gowns may be returned for store credit only, subject to approval and strict compliance with our Returns Policy.

You must:

• Notify us in writing within 3 days of delivery
• Return the gown within 14 days (Australia) or 20 days (International)
• Cover all return shipping costs
• Provide full tracking

All tags must remain attached. The gown must be unworn, unaltered, and free from damage, makeup, perfume, deodorant, fake tan, or markings.

Failure to meet these conditions will result in denial of the return.

CHANGE OF MIND STYLE AMENDMENT FEE

If you request a style change after placing your order but before production has commenced, a $300 administrative amendment fee will apply.

Once production has commenced, no changes are permitted.

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Shipping Fees
All shipping costs, including express and international delivery, are non-refundable.

Rush Production Fees
Rush fees compensate for priority placement in the production queue and are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation or delay.

Payment Processing Fees
Transaction fees incurred by third-party payment providers may be deducted from any approved refund.

PAY-LATER & THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT SERVICES

We offer flexible payment options including Afterpay, Zip, PayPal, Apple Pay, and others.

By using these services:

• You agree to the provider’s independent terms.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.
• Non-payment may impact your credit rating.

One Honey Privé does not control, modify, or intervene in third-party payment agreements.

Customers must be 18 years or older to use pay-later services.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
We are not liable for carrier delays, customs delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch.

ALTERATIONS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Alterations are not included unless explicitly stated.

Once a gown has been altered by a third party, it becomes final sale and is no longer eligible for return under any circumstances.

MANAGER-APPROVED REFUNDS

In rare circumstances where management approves a refund:

• Refunds will only be processed to the original method of payment.
• Refunds will not exceed the original amount paid.
• Non-refundable fees will be deducted.

Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of management.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, natural disasters, pandemics, or shipping disruptions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Honey Privé is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, imagery, branding, and designs on this website remain the intellectual property of One Honey Privé and may not be reproduced without permission.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
